Freelance photographer and videographer focused on product and interior visuals. I help brands tell compelling stories through carefully crafted images and videos that capture the essence, detail, and personality of every space or object.
What makes me
My connection to photography began in 2018, during a volunteering trip to Malta. Since then, I have developed a technical and creative eye, always aiming to tell visual stories with intention.
It’s through diverse contexts, environments, and clients that I continually renew my perspective on photography — a process that naturally shapes and evolves my work.
Hear from Our Clients
We've been working with Vasco Capela since the launch of our brand and we are very satisfied with his work. He has always been attentive, detail-oriented, and helped us turn our diverse products into excellent images and videos.
Vasco is very approachable and professional. I really enjoyed the production and the photos, and I sincerely appreciate his contribution to the growth of our company.
In November 2020, we received a message from Vasco on Instagram offering to do a free photoshoot of our space so we could evaluate the quality of his work. At Booínga, we value initiative, so we accepted the challenge. It was very easy to work with Vasco: he quickly understood the concept of our business and produced high-quality photographs. He helped us immensely with the communication and promotion of our brand, which had a direct impact on sales in the following months. He is a serious, competent professional, and it was a privilege to work with him. We still use many of the fantastic photos he took. Highly recommended without hesitation.
An excellent professional, dedicated and with a creative eye. The photos perfectly capture the moment, and the content for our social media is always of great quality. I highly recommend him!
Vasco has been with us since the beginning of our restaurant and consistently exceeds expectations. He delivers high-quality work, is organized, and always professional. A true partner.
What clients ask about me.
To ensure the best results, it’s important that your space or product is clean, organized, and ready to be photographed. For interior shoots (like restaurants or hotels), I recommend aligning furniture, removing personal items, and making the most of natural light. For products, make sure they’re in perfect condition — free of dust, scratches, or unwanted labels. I’ll also send you a short checklist tailored to your type of project to make things easier.
It depends on the project. Product photography typically takes between 1 to 3 hours, depending on the number and complexity of items. For interior photography, I usually reserve 2 to 5 hours, depending on how many spaces need to be covered. I’ll always provide a time estimate in advance so you can plan accordingly.
Final images are delivered within 3 to 7 business days via a private online gallery in high resolution. If you need them sooner, an express delivery option is available. The files are optimized for both online and print use.
Yes. You’ll receive a commercial usage license, allowing you to use the images across your brand's platforms —including social media, websites, ads, and printed materials. The only limitation is reselling or sharing the images with third parties without prior agreement. If needed, I can adjust licensing for agencies or collaborators.
Absolutely — all quotes are free and with no obligation. To help me tailor your proposal, feel free to share visual references or examples from other brands you admire. This helps me better understand the aesthetic you’re aiming for. Just send a brief description of the project, the type of photography (or video), and how many images or spaces are involved.
Yes. While I specialize in product and interior photography, I’m always open to creative projects outside these areas— especially those that challenge me and offer something different. I also produce video (short reels, promotional clips, walkthroughs), which can complement the photography and strengthen your brand’s visual identity.
